The Mercedes-Benz A-Class facelift will make its world debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this week, the manufacturer has announced. In addition, the updated Mercedes-AMG A 45 super hatch (brochure leaked last week) will attempt the annual event's famous narrow and twisty climb up Goodwood Hill.
The arrival of the refreshed three-year old W176 A-Class is no surprise. A spyshot of a green facelift car surfaced last month, before we showed you a blue unit on track test duty.

Nothing much to fix in the looks department, and Mercedes knows this. The facelift is expected to be a minor one - expect a redesigned front bumper with a sharp splitter, a revised front grille and new LED headlamps, plus a new shade of green.
Inside, the five-door premium compact hatch is expected to get a new steering wheel, a colour instrument panel multi-info display and revised infotainment controls with flat buttons. A bigger COMAND screen may be offered as an option, too – an eight-incher is available on the B-Class facelift.
