Another Worthesee GTI meet, another showcar in the works. Skoda will be presenting the Skoda Fabia R5 - which won the recent Šumava Klatovy Rally in its world debut appearance - in a reinterpreted form at the 34th running of the the event.
The racer will be presented as an estate show car at the GTI meeting, which runs from May 13-16. The Fabia R5 Combi will be dressed in a green, white and black exterior and 11-spoke 18-inch alloys.

Despite the wagon leanings, the car will carry on the sporty theme - for starters, the front-end gets a bold-looking bumper and wide air intakes, and flared mudguards are to be seen in the sketches teasing the upcoming showcar.
The rear, meanwhile, gets a huge spoiler as well as a meaty-looking bumper and a wide central exhaust pipe. The Fabia R5 Combi will feature a 1.6 litre turbo petrol engine, all-wheel-drive and a sequential five-speed transmission.
