After a series of spyshots - some very revealing indeed - the 2-Series Coupe will finally be unveiled this month, on October 25. It will be followed by a soft top 2-Series Convertible later.

BMW has given the 2-Series Coupe a bigger design differentiation from the 1-Series Hatchback compared to the difference between the two in the previous generation. The front end has a new sharper headlamp design compared to the droopy eyed look of the 1-Series.

Engine variants are likely to be similiar to the 1-Series, which was launched in Malaysia recently. There will be a variety of petrol and diesel engines, with the range topper expected to be an M235i Coupe producing 322 horsepower and 450Nm of torque.

Will BMW decide to do a true M2 though, since Mercedes-Benz now has the A45 AMG and CLA45 AMG? Check out our gallery of spyshots below for a preview of what the 2-Series will look like.
