A new Honda outlet is set to serve the Bangi area - the Global Amity 3S centre in Bandar Baru Bangi is a three-storey facility featuring an 18-bay service centre in the lower level and a spacious showroom floor with private discussion areas. The outlet also features a cafe.
The new 3S centre presents itself as a model Honda facility with its eco-friendly approach to its design. Aside from a rain water harvesting system for non-critical items and an eco escalator that powers up only when approached, the facility keeps green with full-length windows for the showroom and service centre to reduce artificial lighting usage and a power-saving air-conditioning system that regulates temperature throughout the building,
The opening of the outlet last week also saw the company announcing the appointment of Rafael de Ory as its chief operating officer. He arrives with an extensive portfolio in handling vendor relationships and product delivery, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
