Our European spy photographers CarPix have snapped the W205 C-Class without any side cladding on, exposing the side details of the car. It's not the first time we've seen the car this undisguised, but the previous occurance required a massive zoom lense so the final result wasn't very high res.
As expected, the W205 C-Class continues the tradition of being a baby S-Class, this time sharing some resemblance with its front wheel drive sibling the CLA-Class as well. There are two prominent character lines on the side - the bottom one rising to the rear and wrapping around the car, and an upper line that drops slightly and ends on the rear door.
We also have a minimally disguised shot of the interior of the new C-Class featured in the past, as well as sets that show a minimally disguised front end, so you can check those out as well.
So far we've only seen C-Class prototypes running around with a big star sports grille, so we wonder if the traditional grille accompanied by a hood ornament has been phased out for the C-Class?
